The wine has an intense ruby red color. On the nose
it releases fruity hints of small crunchy berries with a light herbaceous background accompanied by notes of tobacco and chocolate. In the mouth it is well balanced with a silky tannin that gives volume to the drink. Deep.

Curiosity about Erosione ENG

The grapes, hand-harvested in crates, are kept overnight in a cold room to preserve their integrity and freshness. The following morning, they are crushed and undergo alcoholic fermentation with skin contact at a controlled temperature (18–20 °C) for about 10 days. During this phase, gentle pump-overs and délestage are carried out to ensure a balanced extraction of color and tannins.

After fermentation, the wine is racked and undergoes malolactic fermentation. It then ages on fine lees in stainless steel for approximately 6 months, developing roundness and aromatic complexity while maintaining freshness.
